Purpose of the award
 To support adult women students who are pursuing their academic goals.
 To reduce the student’s amount of loans, work study, or personal/family contribution, and not reduce
any college or university grant. The award will equal the cost of tuition and fees for one or more
courses up to a maximum of $5,000, depending upon the institution attended. Preference will be
given to students working on their first AA or BA/BS.
