Bullying, relational aggression and nursing
In the article, the author discusses the issues of bullying and relational aggression in the nursing profession, particularly in Australia, as of December 2015. Also cited are a 2010 Victorian study showing the presence of bullying from patients, their visitors and relatives, and by colleagues, managers and supervisors, the possible causes of relational aggression like low self-esteem, and tips on how to deal with an aggressive individual, including maintaining a neutral alliance.
